This website is for early access to a pre-release product.

By submitting your information, you understand:

• The product is not fully launched yet.
• Features may change before release.
• Access and pricing are part of an early partner program.
• "Official Launch" means when the Product becomes publicly available for general subscription (v1.0.0).

Founding Membership (pre-order) purchases:

• Provides six (6) months of free service for the Starter Tier subscription fees, starting from the date the member activates their account (or the Official Launch date, whichever is later). This waiver covers the monthly subscription cost only; transaction fees apply. After this six-month period, standard pricing applies. If the Starter Tier is discontinued, we will apply the free period to the lowest paid tier.
• Gives you access to a private beta upon release for you to test the product and provide feedback to the developers.
• Gives you access to private virtual town halls to make your opinions known.
• Are non-refundable and help development of the product. If SteelVend does not launch by July 31st, 2027 you may request a full refund.

We reserve the right to update pricing, features, or availability for future customers at any time. Founding Members retain their locked-in discount and tier benefits as described above.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteelVend's total liability to you for any claims arising from this agreement or the product shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (e.g., $2,000 for Founding Members). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

No Warranties. The product is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this agreement or the product shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For purposes of jurisdiction, the principal place of business is the City of Richland, Benton County, Washington. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Washington.

Entity Structure. SteelVend services are provided by Diabase LLC (Washington State) and/or its affiliates. Founding Membership payments are processed by Diabase LLC.
